Effective acne treatment
Taking the supplement for my acne has been beneficial. The taste is neutral and easy to swallow since I take about 3-4 capsules daily. After consistently taking 5-6 pills a day for 2 months, I noticed the reduction of my hormonal acne. Once I lowered my dosage to 3-4 pills, those large, painful spots that once left scars never returned. I'm pleased with the results, and the package lasts quite a while.

Hormonal acne relief
This helped with my hormonal acne! After six months of use alongside DIM and a change in my birth control regime, my skin has greatly improved. I tried weaning off it but experienced a return of cystic pimples, so I’m certainly going to keep using it!

Dries skin effectively
This product does dry your skin but effectively prevents new pimples and acne from forming. I take at least 2-3 grams daily, and after 2-3 weeks, I've noticed a marked improvement in my skin. It's significantly better than 9 out of 10 other acne treatments available. I highly recommend it!

Noticeable improvement
We’ve been using this alongside L-Carnitine as an acne regimen for my teenagers, and we've seen a significant improvement. While they still have a few blemishes, it’s far fewer than before. Their acne was mild to medium, and now it’s down to just a few spots. They’ve started taking them for about a month, and we noticed changes in about 2.5 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

The common cold is a viral infection of the upper respiratory tract, primarily affecting the nose and throat. It's caused by a variety of viruses, with rhinoviruses being the most prevalent. Symptoms generally include a runny or stuffy nose, sore throat, cough, sneezing, mild headache, and sometimes a low-grade fever. While the common cold is often mild and resolves on its own within a week or two, it can still be bothersome and impact daily activities.

Transmission occurs through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs or sneezes, or by touching surfaces contaminated with the virus. Preventative measures include frequent handwashing, using hand sanitizer, and avoiding close contact with infected individuals. Since there is currently no cure for the common cold, treatment focuses on symptom relief through over-the-counter medications, adequate rest, and hydration. While colds may be uncomfortable, they are generally not serious; however, seeking medical attention may be necessary if symptoms worsen or persist for an extended period.

Vitamin B refers to a group of eight essential water-soluble vitamins that play a vital role in various physiological functions in the body. These vitamins include B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folate, or folic acid), and B12 (cobalamin). Each of these vitamins contributes to key processes such as energy metabolism, red blood cell formation, cognitive function, and the synthesis of DNA. Because they are water-soluble, any excess amounts are not stored in the body and can be lost through urine, making regular dietary intake important.

Foods rich in B vitamins include whole grains, meat, eggs, dairy products, legumes, seeds, nuts, and dark leafy greens. Deficiencies can lead to a host of health issues, including fatigue, anemia, cognitive decline, and skin problems. Supplements are available and can be beneficial, especially for individuals with specific dietary restrictions, such as vegetarians or those with certain medical conditions that affect nutrient absorption. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen to assess individual needs and avoid potential negative interactions.

While Vitamin B is essential for overall health and supports various bodily functions, its direct role in preventing or alleviating the common cold is not well-established. Some studies suggest that certain B vitamins, like B6 and B12, can help boost the immune system, which may be beneficial when you're fighting off illness. However, there is no conclusive evidence that taking B vitamins can reduce the severity or duration of cold symptoms specifically.

It's important to maintain a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals to support immune function. Foods high in Vitamin B include whole grains, meat, eggs, and legumes, which can help ensure you’re getting the nutrients you need. If you’re considering taking B vitamin supplements, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional to discuss potential benefits and ensure that they are appropriate for your individual health needs.

Sebum control achieved
I previously took vitamin B separately but opted for just pantothenic acid. After stopping isotretinoin, I was concerned about sebum production, but since starting this supplement, my sebum levels have noticeably decreased. I also use glycolic acid in my skincare, but the result is improved skin clarity with fewer clogged pores.

Reduced oily skin
Since I started taking this, the oiliness on my forehead has reduced, and I no longer require powder to manage shine in the afternoon. Additionally, my whiteheads have vanished, making it highly recommended for those with oily skin!

Temporary results
I have acne-prone and oily skin. After extensive research on Vitamin B5 for acne, I began taking it. Initially, it worked temporarily; I had to take higher doses to see results, and I noticed hair loss later on. I believe my skin did purge at first, but I have since stopped using it. I found that the Aztec Secret's Indian Healing Clay works better for my skin as it also helps in clearing it.

Children's immunity
We love this! My children have taken this supplement for a short time and have already strengthened their immune systems. They recovered from a viral illness with only slight symptoms in two days, which is a significant improvement over their past experiences with colds.

Significant reduction
I began taking vitamin B5 to assist with adult cystic acne and nodules that frequently appear along my jawline. I take it consistently with zinc and vitamin A, resulting in a significant decrease in these breakouts. Although I still experience the usual spots, these are no longer long, agonising nodules but rather smaller papules and whiteheads that are much less painful and visible. iHerb provides excellent value for Vitamin B5 with Pantothenic Acid from NOW, and I am very pleased with the fast delivery and will continue to shop at iHerb. Thank you.

Effective against acne
Effective against acne, I take it along with Adenofilus. It worked on the whiteheads and red spots I struggled to eliminate.
